We challenge you ! Once we have your pain under control we would like you to have a go at something different. Paddle boarding is a new sport that has become common on our coasts . It demands a sense of balance, some strength, stamina and coordination in order to feel comfortable. It is also an ideal exercise to recover control of lumbar pain if taken step by step. If you are up for the challenge we can take you on a learn to paddle board experience that will start you off on the path to fitness and you will forget the low back pain ever existed. This is for selected people to prove to themselves that they have conquered their pain and their fears. Graeme will be running these sessions on an occasional basis for groups and individuals on a Saturday morning. Instruction and careful consideration of your current physical abilities will enable a tailored approach to the challenges.
